Booking Confirmation:
Upon confirmation of any package request, a deposit of 30% of the total tour package cost is required immediately to secure all respective services. Payment Schedule: 15 days prior to the arrival date, the remaining 70% of the tour package cost must be settled. A final payment, covering 100% of the tour package cost, is required 7 days before the arrival date.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations made 60 days prior to the arrival date incur no charges. Cancellations made between 45 and 30 days prior to the arrival date will result in a 25% charge of the tour fare. Cancellations made between 30 and 15 days prior to the arrival date will result in a 50% charge of the tour fare. Cancellations made between 15 and 10 days prior to the arrival date will result in a 75% charge of the tour fare. Cancellations made less than 10 days prior to the arrival date will result in a 100% charge of the tour fare.
Notification Requirement
All payments must be notified via email, accompanied by attached transaction details, for record-keeping and verification purposes.
Flexibility Notice
Payment terms are subject to change according to hotel policies and high season demands at the time of booking.
Credit Facilities
We regret to inform you that we do not offer any credit facilities. All payments must be settled in accordance with the specified terms.
